Nestled in the heart of North Canterbury, CloudNine Farm is a source for fresh, local, and flowers you don’t necessarily find at market. We are a dedicated flower farm that thrives on the principles of slow-grown, sustainable farming practices. Our mission is to bring beauty to your floral designs by offering an array of beaut flowers and foliage that you’ll love.
Our Story
We first began growing flowers during our time living in the Bay of Plenty, North Island, but a few years ago decided to make flowers our living and relocated with my husband Greg and kids to a stunning property in Fernside, North Canterbury. This passion blossomed into a commitment to grow flowers the right way – slowly, sustainably, and with a deep respect for the environment.
Now as a full-time flower farmer, we ship to the Auckland UFG auction, sell through other online channels, but more importantly, direct to florists here.

Unique Varieties of Blooms
We specialise in cultivating a wide range of flowers and foliage, from classic favourites like Statice and Foxglove through to more unusual varieties we know you’ll love. We also have endless supply of Cypress hedge which seems to go down a treat!

We’re all about doing what’s right for the land. We use eco-friendly practices to ensure our flowers are as gentle on the earth as they are beautiful.

By choosing our locally grown flowers, you’re supporting the local economy and reducing the carbon footprint associated with long-distance flower transportation - No importing here! Participating in the Floral Collective Canterbury every week in Summer, where local growers meet up to sell directly to florists (and the public) is about as local as it gets.
